Brian Raslan - Head Trainer and Academy Founder/Director
Since 2000 Brian has operated the highly successful and multi award winning Caffe Buongiorno Tea Tree Plus, Modbury, SA. In 2004 he became the Head Trainer at the SA Coffee Academy, which he now owns and operates.
Brian is a Certified Australian Barista Judge, Certified World Barista Judge, Australian Barista Championships Judge and AASCA Executive member.
Brian’s judging experience ranges from Barista competitions, Latte art competitions and coffee in good spirits competitions in local, national and international events. No one but one in South Australia has done as much or has the same expertise as Brian.
He was the 2008/09 Winner Royal Adelaide Show Cupping Competition
and placed 3rd in the 2009 Australian Cupping Competition.
Brian is currently a member of Specialty Coffee Associations
in Australia and Europe.
Brian is a LIFE MEMBER with the Austrlasian Specialty Coffee Association, a Certified Professional Restauranteur with Restaraunt & Catering Association and has his Advanced Diploma in Hospitality.

Thailand World Latte Art competitor 2009 & 2010.
Fiefy Anuwatanaphorn - Trainer
Fiefy Anuwatanaphorn is the Barista Champ Coaching trainer whose passion for coffee was ignited three years ago. She has continually strived to improve her technical skills and coffee knowledge and is a self-confessed competition junkie, testing herself as a barista and latte artist in Australia, Thailand, Germany, and UK.

Anna Hofmeyer - Course Co-ordinator and Booking Agent
Anna has assisted the SA Coffee Academy from its commencement to co-ordinate courses and liaise with industry and participants. She has been an Office Manager and Course Co-ordinator since 2001 within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. In March 2010 Anna established the Adelaide Chocolate School to run along side the SA Coffee Academy providing a range of specialty and fun courses
including tempering chocolate, decorating with chocolate and chocolate
appreciation. |
